Rules of the Space – Secret Garden
No smoking inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area (if available).
Any damage to the venue, furniture, décor, or equipment will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
Outside alcohol is strictly not permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased directly from the venue.
Outside catering or food is not allowed unless agreed in advance by management.
Guests must respect the venue, staff, and neighbouring properties at all times.
Music and noise levels must remain within venue guidelines and local regulations.
The organiser is responsible for ensuring that all guests behave appropriately throughout the booking.
Decorations are allowed only with prior approval. Items that may damage walls, furniture, or finishes are not permitted.
No illegal substances or unlawful activity are permitted on the premises.
All guests must vacate the venue by the agreed end time, unless an extension has been approved in advance.
Any additional cleaning required after the event may result in an extra cleaning fee.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service or end an event early if rules are breached or safety is compromised.
