POST Venue Hire is a semi-private area within POST Studio that functions as a practical, studio-style meeting and breakout space inside a working photography studio.
Design: The space presents a clean, industrial studio aesthetic: high ceilings, white-painted walls and a polished concrete floor that keep sightlines open. Furnishings are minimal and functional, centred on a long timber table, simple chairs and a compact lounge corner with leather seating and plants.
Features: A long central table and a mix of chairs and lounge seating create a flexible working surface and breakout area. Wi‑Fi and a PA system with speakers are provided, and the space permits own music or a hired DJ. The open-plan layout is easily rearranged to suit different room arrangements.

● All Guests, invitees and attendees of the Hirer shall be required to sign-in on arrival at the Venue.
● Damage Prevention: Use of nails, screws, staples, or heavy-duty tape on walls, floors, or fixtures is prohibited, unless approval given on the day.
● Any and all electrical equipment to be used by the Hirer during the Event must be fully PAT Tested. All such equipment must bear the appropriate labels and be accompanied by the appropriate certificates as proof of such testing and compliance.
Cleanliness & Waste
● Rubbish Removal: Renters are responsible for bagging all rubbish and placing it in the designated bins. We heavily encourage the recycling of paper, plastic and glass so please make sure these are separated.
● Condition: The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excess cleaning or damage will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Safety & Liability
● Emergency Exits: Fire exits and emergency pathways must remain completely clear at all times.
● Damages: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the facility, equipment, or grounds caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.
● Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including on any fire-escape.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
