About this space
Studio is a wide rectangular volume with a high exposed-metal ceiling, a continuous white sweep on one wall and a pale grey sealed floor that provides a neutral shooting surface.
Room features: Production teams can run fully lit shoots using on-site lighting and grip hire, deploy the studio's greenscreen and backdrop options, and use the PA system for on-set audio playback.
Best for: Fashion and portrait photography, commercial product shoots and green-screen video production.
What sets it apart: Consistent north-facing daylight that can be fully blacked out gives a predictable soft source or complete blackout control.

Health & safety
● All Guests, invitees and attendees of the Hirer shall be required to sign-in on arrival at the Venue.
● Damage Prevention: Use of nails, screws, staples, or heavy-duty tape on walls, floors, or fixtures is prohibited, unless approval given on the day.
● Any and all electrical equipment to be used by the Hirer during the Event must be fully PAT Tested. All such equipment must bear the appropriate labels and be accompanied by the appropriate certificates as proof of such testing and compliance.
Cleanliness & Waste
● Rubbish Removal: Renters are responsible for bagging all rubbish and placing it in the designated bins. We heavily encourage the recycling of paper, plastic and glass so please make sure these are separated.
● Condition: The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excess cleaning or damage will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Safety & Liability
● Emergency Exits: Fire exits and emergency pathways must remain completely clear at all times.
● Damages: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the facility, equipment, or grounds caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.
● Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including on any fire-escape.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
