About this space
POST is a creative venue in Brighton & Hove, located just a three-minute walk from Hove Station. Set within a photography and film studio, the space is available for meetings, workshops, team sessions and private events, with a range of room layouts available to suit different group sizes and event styles. Not-for-profit organisations can also receive a 20% discount on venue hire.
The studio includes boardroom tables and chairs, a presentation screen, projector, high-speed Wi-Fi, a breakout room for smaller discussions, and a kitchen and lounge area. Catering can also be arranged for your event.
POST is a popular choice for team-building days, planning sessions and workshops. The venue also offers creative experiences led by in-house specialists, giving teams the chance to work together in new ways and explore fresh ideas.
The venue is next to Hove Station, with direct rail links to Brighton and London, and is within easy reach of towns across Sussex. Hove beach, cafés and restaurants are all just a short walk away, and on-site parking is available.

Health & safety
● All Guests, invitees and attendees of the Hirer shall be required to sign-in on arrival at the Venue.
● Damage Prevention: Use of nails, screws, staples, or heavy-duty tape on walls, floors, or fixtures is prohibited, unless approval given on the day.
● Any and all electrical equipment to be used by the Hirer during the Event must be fully PAT Tested. All such equipment must bear the appropriate labels and be accompanied by the appropriate certificates as proof of such testing and compliance.
Cleanliness & Waste
● Rubbish Removal: Renters are responsible for bagging all rubbish and placing it in the designated bins. We heavily encourage the recycling of paper, plastic and glass so please make sure these are separated.
● Condition: The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excess cleaning or damage will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Safety & Liability
● Emergency Exits: Fire exits and emergency pathways must remain completely clear at all times.
● Damages: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the facility, equipment, or grounds caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.
● Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including on any fire-escape.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
