Rules of the space

Host rules

1. the hirer is liable to pay in full for any damage caused to The Awesome Studio property during the hire period.
2. the hirer will leave The Awesome Studio as found for the next user. (i.e, all rubbish removed, floor swept and mopped as necessary, surfaces cleaned). A cleaning fee may be applied at the discretion of Super Pirates Ltd.
3. no property is to be left in the studio by the hirer. Any property left behind by guests must be removed.
4. hire payment will be made in advance of the date of hire
5. the hirer will not share key codes / access passwords with third parties
6. the hirer is liable for thier own insurance to cover any activities undertaken. Super Pirates excepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused to any individual during the hirer's hire period.
7. Super Pirates Ltd will not accept liability for any improper use of any equipment or from any general use of the space. (i.e, falling from chairs or tables, collisions with fixtures or fittings, trips and falls).
8. the hirer will report all damages caused or discovered during the hire period

9. the hire will ensure all proper licences are obtained for any activities undertaken. Super Pirates Ltd provides a physical space only. The hirer will ensure that all activities undertaken are legal.
10. 1 months notice will be given by either party to terminate or ammend hire arrangement. Full refunds will be given with at least one months notice of cancellation. Less than one month, no refund will be given.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
