About this space
Rook Lane Chapel offers a unique venue for your wedding
ceremony. A restored 18th Century Grade 1 listed building, the
chapel combines traditional grandeur with elegant contemporary
design. Majestic stone columns rise up to support the high domed
roof, with light flooding into the serene open plan space through the
original ceiling-height windows, and the stunning rose windows.
The contemporary extension to the chapel is the perfect space for
a champagne reception. A modern, sunlit bar area opens out into
a landscaped garden with rooftop views over Frome, an excellent
setting for champagne and photographs.
The Chapel space can seat up to 160 guests for your Ceremony and
reception. You can decorate and have the space as you wish, just
share your vision for your day with us. We can set the space up with
chairs, cream carpet runner, ceremony table with cream cloth and
registrars table for you.

Wedding Offers
have decided on a date your next step is to contact them to confirm their availability. Ceremonies must be secular and usually last between twenty and thirty minutes. Rook Lane is also available for alternative ceremonies,
such as handfasting and vow renewals.
Prices
Before your big day, the venue manager will arrange to meet you to discuss the finer details of the day and tailor a drinks package to suit you. We offer a range of flexible drinks options based on one or a combination of the following:
- Full pay bar - guests pay for their own drinks. The bar offers a small range of drinks and spirits, these can be tailored to your requirements, by prior arrangement.
- Tab Options - You can set up a pre-paid tab for a set amount, alternatively, a token system can be used and the bar tab will need to be settled at the end of the night.
- Corkage - As well as the bar you are welcome to provide your own drinks to serve. Corkage is charged at £6 per bottle on all alcohol by prior arrangement only.
- Drinks reception and/or toast: Pre-paid Prosecco or Champagne for your guests after your ceremony or toast. We can source Prosecco or Champagne for this if you wish, bottles will be chargeable at our retail rate to be agreed with the hirer before they are ordered, and paid before the wedding. Let us know your budget and we will see what we can do.
- Table Wine - You can buy a set number of bottles for your wedding breakfast tables:
Mirabella Pinot Grigio Rose 12% - £20 per bottle
Reserve Saint Marc Sauvignon Blanc 12.50% - £18 per bottle
Reserve Saint Marc Cabernet Sauvignon 13% - £18 per bottle

Host rules
- Smoking in the Premises is prohibited throughout
- Outside catering is allowed
- Dog are allowed in the Chapel with the prior consent of the Venue Manager
- Children must be supervised at all times whilst in any of the outdoor areas throughout the grounds
- The use of confetti other than biodegradable confetti is prohibited and must only be thrown outside
