The exclusive upstairs bar area is a premium place designed for people who want to be a little more secluded. The private space, with its necessary facilities, is perfect for private parties, team bonding, and celebrations, and thus has all the necessary facilities for a smooth event.

Prices
• Deposits are refundable minus £50 for Cleaning fees and £50 for Security fees, as long as your party spends a certain amount behind the bar: Sunday-Friday £1250 / Saturday £1750, and as long as there's no damage to anything by a guest of the party. Once the deposit is paid it is non-refundable until your party hit the minimum spend on the night.

Host rules
• We do allow for you to decorate the area for your event and to bring your own specialised dessert such as a cake.
• If your party does choose to order a buffet the total cost will go towards your minimum bar spend and help to get your deposit back.
• Under 18s must leave by 8pm in accordance with our premises license and please be aware we operate Challenge 25 policy on the door- please advise younger guests that they will be ID's regardless of attending the venue for a private party.
• We do operate a strict dress code, people will be denied entry if wearing; Man bags, Tracksuits, Sports Attire, Caps or other head apparel, and run a Smart Casual
• All bookings get the room until 2am at the latest, on Fridays & Saturdays, and a maximum of 5 hours per booking.
• We do allow for external DJ's to be booked but we would require all PAT test certificates and liability insurance.
• Please be advised the room is fully cleaned and cleared of decorations after every party, if you need something saving for collection the next day, please speak to a member of management.
• Please note you may be required to sign a contract dependent on the party type stating the terms and conditions.
