The Great Barn can accommodate anywhere from 40 to 1,000 guests, thanks to a fully draped movable wall that allows the space to be adjusted for different event sizes. This makes it equally suited to smaller weddings, large corporate functions and major celebrations.

Outside, guests have access to lawn areas and a spacious gravel courtyard. Set within 40 acres of private countryside, the venue offers an exclusive setting with on-site security measures in place for added peace of mind.

Briar House Barns has hosted a wide range of successful events for private clients, well-known public figures and businesses. Catering can be arranged through experienced catering partners, or the venue can be hired on a dry-hire basis for those wishing to bring in their own suppliers.

For smaller business events, the Stone Barn is available for meetings, presentations, staff training sessions and corporate gatherings for up to 100 guests.

The venue is conveniently located just six minutes from a mainline station with services to London Bridge and can be reached from Central London in around an hour. Local taxi and minibus services are available for guest transport, and the large on-site car park provides space, including access for coaches.
