Briar House Barns is a countryside venue set within 40 acres of Sussex landscape, accommodating events from 40 to 1,000 guests. Located on the East Sussex and Kent border, the venue is available for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations, offering exclusive use in a peaceful rural setting.
The venue can host anything from smaller gatherings to large-scale celebrations, with a range of spaces that can be tailored to suit each event. Couples and organisers have the freedom to personalise their day, from choosing their own caterers and styling to creating an event that reflects their individual plans. With more than ten years of experience hosting weddings and events, the team is on hand to support every stage of the planning process.
Guests can enjoy drinks and canapés on the landscaped lawns or on the 80-foot terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. Ceremonies can take place indoors or outdoors, with the option of evening and sunset celebrations.
The Great Barn sits at the centre of the venue and features large windows that bring in plenty of natural daylight, along with direct access to the terrace and countryside views. The space can be configured in different ways to accommodate both intimate occasions and larger celebrations.
The grounds also provide a range of photo opportunities, including the grand entrance steps, the wishing well, the landscaped gardens and the surrounding countryside.
