Located within The Hub at Medway, The Deep End is a unique venue that seamlessly blends historic vibe with contemporary amenities. Originally constructed in 1902 as part of the Royal Naval Barracks at Chatham Dockyards, this Grade II listed building has been thoughtfully transformed into a versatile event space, retaining its original character while offering modern facilities.

Sticking to its recreational roots, the space is perfect for music events, conferences, parties, theatre and much more. Flagship Events is proud to offer this space for hire, which includes a large 400 capacity venue and a smaller 100 capacity mezzanine.

The Deep End is a state-of-the-art events space, found in the interior of The Hub at Medway. The space itself is the main area of a former swimming baths on the former Royal Naval Dockyards. A large bar is found at what was the former deep end of the swimming baths. Next to the this is smaller booth, which can be used a shot bar or buffet counter for catering. Kitted within the venue is an ultramodern Martin Audio sound system and 10M projector wall.

Our large bar located inside the Deep End is stocked and ready to serve premium draught beers, classic cocktails, and classic wines. We are also able to pre-order bespoke alcohol brands in to accommodate your event. We offer in-house catering as well as the option to bring external caterers (subject to cost).
