Design: Austen presents an industrial-modern interior of exposed concrete ceiling, track lighting and a polished floor, punctuated by deep-coloured sofas, compact upholstered stools and gallery-style wall panels lit by natural daylight.
Features: Austen includes built-in PA speakers, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and a clear central area that can be cleared to create a dancefloor. The space permits an external DJ and provides step-free access, wheelchair-accessible facilities and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Austen suits informal, social gatherings that combine lounge seating and standing reception space, prioritising mingling and conversation.
