Booking Deposit:
To secure your preferred date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance:
The remaining 50% balance is payable at least 7 working days prior to your event date.

1. Guest Numbers – The number of attendees must not exceed the agreed number stated in your booking confirmation.
2. Food & Drinks – No drinks, alcohol, or beverages from outside are permitted. All drinks must be purchased through Royal Square Hotel unless agreed in writing by management.
3. Music & Noise – Loud music and amplified sound must be reduced after **6:00 PM** and must comply with venue management instructions.
4. Venue Care – The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event.
5. Respectful Behaviour – All guests must behave responsibly and respectfully. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any disruptive guest to leave.
6. Children – Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
7. Decorations – Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture, or venue facilities.
8. Parking – Free on-site parking is available. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
9. Venue Staff Instructions – For safety and smooth operation of your event, all guests must follow instructions given by venue staff.
