My experience with the Merlin Hotel was absolutely phenomenal Staff were absolutely amazing they could not have done enough. The space was so lovely for my 40th celebration. I would highly recommend this venue. They just made my birthday magic 💫

Celebrated our engagement party here and I have to say everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Food was great and served hot and soon after we arrived. Service was amazing, there was no issue bringing more tables and chairs into our section. Gemma was so attentive and no ask was too much for her and all the staff on the night. Would recommend anyone booking a party for a similar size.

Only slight comment I have is on the system used for the music, there was no option to play our playlist in the order that we had on Spotify and the sound was a little low. This was fine in the end as everyone was chatting away but just a small note.
