Meeting Rooms Hire Guide

Dublin is known for its quirky character. Particularly in the city centre, winding streets and eclectic architecture combine to give the area a very organic feel. The broad and majestic boulevard of O’Connell Street is quite impressive with its historic views. But as you move away towards nearby areas like Rathmines and Temple Bar you will find that Dublin is a city with an open-air feel and tonnes of energy. This energetic vibe is high throughout this Irish city, and it is just the place to find meeting spaces that will help you create a great atmosphere for your work event, no matter the topic under discussion.

There are many meeting spaces and conference rooms dotted around both sides of the River Liffey and many more southwards as you move from Trinity College Dublin along toward St Stephen’s Green. Many are venues whose sole purpose is to host conferences and assorted professional seminars and such, these are sure to be able to meet your high-tech audio and visual needs, including screens for conference calls and presentations. These types of professional spaces can fit every budget - ranging from spaces as cheaply as €150 to as high as €420 hire fee per session for a room for up to 25 attendees. There is sure to be something in your price range.

If you are looking for a hotel to host your conference with sufficient space for a meeting and accommodation, Dublin’s city centre is a great locale. Places like the Custom House or the Clontarf Castle Hotel definitely come with tonnes of atmosphere and highly professional service. The airport is only 10 km away from the centre, and with easy transport links on the Luas and bus lines, logistics are not a problem.

You can also find restaurants and pubs with rooms on offer for a more casual meeting setting. A bit more comfortable and relaxed, you are also sure to enjoy the in-house catering opportunities. The Dublin food scene is legendary! Check out Temple Bar, Ranleigh and Portobello for any amazing restaurants and pubs if a more casual vibe suits your meeting agenda.

If you are willing to look beyond plastic chairs and desks, and consider something a bit more atmospheric, Dublin has just the thing. There are many creative meeting rooms in the city’s co-working spaces for a less corporate atmosphere, and a relaxed aesthetic. We would highly recommend this venue. Barry the owner was a delight and helped us out in every way possible. Nothing was too much trouble, there was a kitchen space available and the room was bright and spacious with beautiful views of the city. We and our students had a wonderful time and when we come to Dublin again we would most definitely love to use this space again.
