The venue was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Sanjana was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, making the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend this place more! The hotel’s interior is stunninggg and modern, that immediately impresses guests. The reception staff were equally wonderful; kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. Upon our arrival, staff members greeted us warmly and stayed engaged throughout the night, ensuring everything went according to plan and that all our needs were met. Immediate parking (Q Park) outside which was safe as I had parked overnight (building space). TV monitor you can connect to in the venue space, ambient lighting, beautiful decor, free photo booth outside- all made for a commemorable night! As for the food, I had chosen finger food which were a hit with the guests! (Thank you for fitting to the dietary requirements I had mentioned). It was beautifully laid out with cutlery, condiments, plates ready to go! We had Prosecco upon arrival for guests which were neatly made out and plenty of tables and chairs for guests. There were two brilliant staff members (apologies I had forgotten their names!! male and female) that was dedicated to our venue who made sure everything went smoothly, and they did! I had asked for a few requests regarding bits and bobs I had needed (tape, extra tables) and they worked swift and efficiently to ensure my wants were met. Thank you so much! Communication with Sanjana was impeccable; she was prompt, clear, and always ready to answer any questions. Overall, the combination of a beautiful venue, attentive staff, and excellent coordination makes this place a perfect choice for any party or event. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch venue experience! Will come again, 110% recommend for any event!!
