Tech Event Venues for Hire in London

We hosted our first-ever event at the Arboretum in September - a full-day programme for 80 attendees, with 19 speakers across keynotes, panels and breakout discussions. It couldn't have gone better. Laila and Maja were outstanding from start to finish. Their experience and guidance throughout the planning took so much pressure off our team, and they handled every update, from last-minute changes to dietary requirements, quickly and calmly. The venue itself is beautiful, just a short walk from Leicester Square, which made it easy for guests travelling from across the UK, Europe and the US. The space is filled with natural daylight, which made the day feel bright and open and was a real bonus for our photographers. The AV team were excellent, and working seamlessly with our photography and video crew. The catering offered a great variety of options, with every dietary need looked after. The layout also worked perfectly for our partner exhibition space and breakout sessions. Above all, the team were incredibly flexible and accommodated every request on the day. The space worked really well for the kind of event we were running. Having the main hall, the secondary room, and the kitchenette all within the same venue gave us the flexibility we needed to run sessions and networking simultaneously without things feeling cramped. The amount of space available for networking was a big deal for us and our attendees made great use of it throughout the day. We also really valued having staff on the ground. When we ran into an issue with the kitchen during the event, having someone there to help us resolve it quickly made a real difference. That kind of support is not something you can always count on and we genuinely appreciated it. In terms of what we would improve, honestly there is not much to flag. We felt the space and the offering were fair for the price and it delivered exactly what we needed on the day. We would absolutely consider Magdalen Hall for future editions and would not hesitate to recommend the venue to others. Thank you again for everything.

What made the experience seamless was the attention to detail by Esther Gordon, who was the most responsive, helpful event contact. The room was perfect for our needs, the AV seamless, the coffee break area great, coffee was great and having lunch in the restaurant was a nice break from the main conference room. The staff deserve a shout out for how helpful and attentive they were.

The space was exceptionally well-equipped for hosting events, with every detail thoughtfully considered — including all the extras that make a real difference. The service was truly five-star from start to finish. Diane was highly professional and accommodating, while Dan went above and beyond to support us throughout the event. The catering team delivered outstanding service, and the chef’s food was exceptional. The cleaning and maintenance staff kept the venue immaculate at all times. We had a complex AV setup, and the venue recommended an excellent supplier who delivered a flawless result. The on-site security team was equally impressive — professional, approachable, and ensured everything ran smoothly and safely throughout the day. We will absolutely be using this venue again and will be recommending it to others without hesitation.

The event space is fantastic and the staff are dedicated, extremely helpful, professional, and go above and beyond to make the day go smoothly and successfully. I organised this event with them from Australia and they made my job so much easier by ensuring meetings worked with the time differences, and were incredibly responsive to any and all (and I mean all, there were a lot) requests and clarifications and changes. The venue was absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained, leaving a lasting impression on all our event attendees. Many remarked on how impressive the space was. From our initial visit to the venue to the end of our event, the staff provided exceptional service. Their friendly, approachable manner made them easy to work with, and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a top-tier event space.

I held my event here and it was everything I could have asked for and more! I was single-handedly organising an event for circa 25 guests plus a few suppliers, so I had a lot to plan and organise. The venue team were SO helpful (Sasha and Ed, so appreciate you both!) their communication was fast, they referred me to great suppliers for catering (the guests LOVED the food from their recommended caterers), and honestly the whole day was just perfect. The venue, the sound, the freedom that we had to use the space and it's tucked away from any members of the public so you really have the place to yourself to create your own world. My guests absolutely loved it, and I'm just in awe. Hire this place and this team, you wouldn't regret it. P.s. the aesthetics of the place are gorge, if you're a content creator or some one who wants beaut photos for Instagram/socials, this is your spot!

Amazing space for a corporate conference/event. Very well decorated, space for people to relax and work whilst listening to the content. Very informal feel which allowed for relaxed yet important conversations. The staff was amazing from start to end and helped with anything we needed on the day. Many guests commented on how great the venue was, too. We'll definitely go back!
