The Charles Suite is ideal for larger meetings, conferences and events and is elegantly furnished with tasteful décor. With abundant natural daylight and individually controlled air-conditioning, the room is perfect for daytime or evening functions. The Charles Suite boardroom can host up to 25 guests.

This suite is home to stunning chandeliers which were hand crafted to be displayed in New York’s Tavern on the Green. Former New York City Mayor Fiorello H. La Guardia, actresses Grace Kelly and Fay Wray are amongst the prominent actors, musicians, politicians, and writers who have personally gazed up at these chandeliers for creative inspiration. Natural daylight floods the Charles Suite, located on the first floor and exclusively hired for your event, this private suite is truly elegant.

Planning was excellent and communication throughout was very good. Catering was also very good and when refreshments were brought during the meeting, it was all done very quietly and professionally so it did not impact on the meeting itself.

Can't fault the whole day.

- Lavatories were a little far away (not that this can be helped) - Lapel mic quality wasn't great
