Pleasant communication
I have used Tag Venue for many bookings in London and have always had an excellent experience, not only with the booking procedure and the venue itself. However, the Chesterfield Mayfair, is the first booking that has been mediocre. The venue is very nice, and whilst the staff were very pleasant in person, they were very slow onsite and quite unresponsive.
