The staff are very kind, and it is a nice experience overall. The place is also easy to find.
It would be better if there were a PA system, the current speaker/microphone is just a meeting speaker.

lovely space, modern and clean. everything easy to use and accessible. great space, lovely breakout sofa area outside.
air con was difficult, was too strong when on but too hot to turn off. also a bit of confusion with using the coffee machines in terms of what was staff or for all to use.

No, microphones are not provided. Participants are generally able to hear clearly, as the Yellow Room is not large enough for sound to be lost at the back.

Seating arrangements can be confirmed whenever is convenient. For a group size of 30, only cabaret or theatre layouts are available; a different group size may allow more flexibility.

The divider would not be very soundproof; it is intended to divide the space into two groups of ten.

Yes, online participation is supported. The TVs can mirror a device, and a webcam and small conferencing unit serving as a loudspeaker can be provided.
