About Tall Industrial Multi-Use Studio
The multi-use studio features 18-ft high ceilings, acoustically dampening sound panels, and a wide-open floor plan. It has played host to orchestra sets and musicians live jam events, movie screenings, photo and film/video shoots. Ambient light streaming in through windows and selected skylight panels during the day. Additional light fixtures are CRI calibrated to match daylight.
We are a minute's walk from Marine Drive and Bridgeport Skytrain stations. Drivers have ample free & paid parking space available on site.
The studio features a wide-open floor plan, however, space can be separated with partitions.
Make-up and wardrobe and washroom are segregated from the main studio space.
