About this space
Our Unique Spacious Loft offers you quite a few different settings that are integrated due to the open concept of the space. On one side, you'll find a dinner table for 8 that can also be used for meetings, a living room/lounge area with a couch, tables, chairs, and an extendable screen.
Moving along the lounge area, you'll end up in our self-portrait photo booth, where you and your guests can take photos of your event in a professional setting, making this space perfect for many types of occasions!
Prices
• Up to 10 guests → $85/hr
• Up to 25 guests → $100/hr
• Up to 60 guests → $120/hr
Weekend Rates (Fri–Sun)
• Up to 60 guests: $150/hr (8am–3am)
*Cleaning fee: $50 for up to 25 guests, $100 for up to 60 guests

Host rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas if needed.
- No Open Flames: Open flames, including candles, fire pits, or any flammable materials, are not allowed inside the venue for safety reasons.
- Respect the Venue: Guests are responsible for ensuring no damage occurs to the venue or its furniture. Any damages caused during the event will be charged accordingly.
- Furniture Care: Please handle all furniture with care. Moving furniture or placing items on top of it should be done with caution to avoid any scratches or damage.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Our loft studio can be found in Gastown and is made for birthdays, anniversaries, parties, and corporate events. It holds up to 50 guests, with room for dining, dancing, and entertainment. Its layout is ideal for customizing according to your needs, and you'll find three adaptable areas.
The living room is perfect for larger gatherings and has a projector, speakers, a full kitchen (no oven), an extendable screen for video content, karaoke, or just simply YouTube music, and it's totally customizable. The lounge room is perfect for meetings, workshops, or larger events and offers a bar stocked with glasses, tea cups, plates, and cutlery. And the self-portrait photo booth allows your guests to take high-quality photos of your event!
