Our unique venue offers a private, secluded entrance and complete soundproofing—so feel free to turn up the volume and enjoy your
event without any external distractions. We prioritize your privacy; therefore, filming is restricted to pre-approved photographers only, ensuring your guests are immersed in the moment rather than behind
their screens. Our versatile rooms are perfect for a wide range of events. We handle all the details, allowing you to focus on your guests and entertainment. * THE OASIS (Lounge NO DJ)
* Capacity = 10-30 people
* LOTUS ROOM
* Capacity = 40 ppl
* Can be paired with Oasis lounge capacity=75ppl
* THE SECRET GARDEN
* Capacity = 75-130 people
* Can be paired with THE OASIS capacity=175ppl
* Can be paired also with LOTUS & OASIS= 200ppl (note lotus is 2nd dj room)
* GLO ROOM & Lions Den (Premier Rental):
* Capacity = 150
* can be paired with the OASIS = 180 ppl
* can be paired with OASIS and LOTUS = 220 ppl

Full Venue Rental: (3 dj rooms + 2 lounges)
* Capacity = 400+
Rental Discount:
* Weekdays = 20%
* Daytime = 60%
* 8 am - 7 pm = NO loud music
* Promo dates (NYE/ Pride/Halloween) = +20%

Rental Rules:
Sent to renters along with a rental agreement “waiver of release & liability form” must be singed and returned.
* there is no smoking cigarettes for the duration of the event and no smoke pit. NO one may exit & re enter for smoking.
* there are no outside drinks allowed in the venue unless prior arrangements made in advance
* no ins and outs allowed. Once in the venue you are here for the evening.
* no outside photography or videos to be made by guests. Promoter is allowed to bring in their own, but must be discussed in advance
- if filming is required say music video or photo shoot - this is different. The “no photography for guests” rule applies to events where guests have not signed legal waivers permitting their individual permissions to be filmed.
