Host rules
• This is a personal loft; please treat it with care.
• Final rates are based on total guest count (crew, talent, and friends); if more guests arrive than booked, your rate will be updated to the correct tier.
• Your booking session includes setup and cleanup. Overtime is 1.5x the rate in 30-minute increments.
• Security cameras are in place in the common areas (one front door, one downstairs, one upstairs). No active monitoring, just peace of mind.
• No outdoor shoes allowed! Use our matching house slippers. If shoes are necessary, make sure they’re brand new or tape the soles with painter’s or gaffer’s tape.
• Off-limits: Upstairs closet, under-the-stairs cabinets and bathroom drawers are not for guest use.
• Rearrange as you like but don’t drag! Use the wheel casters and put things back where you found them.
• No wild ragers or excessive noise. Let’s be mindful of our neighbours.
• No confetti, glitter, and open flames. A light cleanup is always appreciated.
• Don’t forget to tag @therailyardloft in your photos and videos. We love the spotlight!
