Host rules

• Respect the Space: This is my personal loft—please treat it with care.
• Rates are based on total guest count (crew, talent, and friends); if more guests arrive than booked, your rate will be updated to the correct tier.
• Stick to Your Time: Your booking includes setup and cleanup. Need extra time? Overtime is 1.5x the rate in 30-minute increments.
• Security Cameras: Cameras are in place in the common areas (one front door, one downstairs, one upstairs)—no active monitoring, just peace of mind.
• Shoes Off, Crocs On: No shoes allowed! Slip into our matching Crocs (XS to XL). If shoes are necessary, make sure they’re brand new or tape the soles with painter’s or gaffer’s tape—no exceptions!
• Upstairs Closet/Curtains Stay Closed: Please leave the upstairs closet and curtains as they are.
• Cabinet Off-Limits: Under-the-stairs cabinets and bathroom drawers are not for guest use.
• Furniture Fun: Rearrange as you like—but don’t drag! Use the wheel casters and put things back where you found them.
• Light Tidy-Up: Bag your trash and leave the space fabulous.
• Keep It Chill: No wild ragers or excessive noise—let’s keep the vibes fun but respectful.
• Kitchen Eye Candy: No cooking, please! Feel free to bring snacks or catering.
• No Glitter, No Flames: Confetti, glitter, and candles are a no-go. Keep the glam, lose the mess.
• Tag Us!: Don’t forget to tag @therailyardloft in your photos and videos—we love the spotlight!
