Spanning over 2,000 square feet, the studio combines thoughtful design with a striking brutalist, exposed-brick aesthetic, evoking a dreamlike atmosphere that invites one question: What can we create? At the heart of the space is a one-of-a-kind atrium enclosure — a bold architectural feature unlike anything else in the city. Whether it’s the backdrop for a photo shoot, a stage for your latest product, or the placement for a DJ set, the atrium brings a dramatic edge to any experience.

The studio is fully equipped for ease and efficiency, with load-in access, a pre-built softbox, nearby kitchen facilities, large bathrooms, and Franklin’s signature turn-key service. With additional rental options available, the Commons Studio is ready to meet the needs of your next project.

Every inch of its 450 square feet is thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully functional bar and a modular layout that transforms to fit your vision.
