Located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, our studio is easily accessible by SkyTrain and bus. Surrounded by modern office buildings, the area is safe, clean, and filled with creative energy.
Set 1: Contemporary NYC-Style Living Space
Inspired by classic New York apartments, this thoughtfully styled set offers a warm, lived-in feel. It’s well suited for product photography, lifestyle content, interviews, and intimate film shoots.
Set 2: Classic Gold Vintage Office Library
This timeless library set features vintage bookshelves, a modern office desk, and rich, warm tones. The space works beautifully for editorial shoots, storytelling projects, and refined commercial content.
A dedicated hair, makeup, and changing area is available for added convenience.

Natural Light
Both sets feature large north-facing windows that run from knee height to overhead, delivering soft, even natural light during the day.
Important Notes
Security cameras operate 24/7 for safety; Privacy Mode is available upon request, with a studio representative present in a closed office
Professional lighting is not included in the base rental—please see add-ons for available equipment

Nature Lighting description:
- Exposure: Large window panels facing west, offering beautiful warm afternoon sunlight ideal for capturing specific moods and tones.
- Control: We currently have 3% light-filtering blinds available to adjust the intensity of natural light as needed.

IMPORTANT NOTE
IMPORTANT - DATA STORAGE:
- Please bring your own micro SD cards and hard drives to save your recordings data immediately after your shoot.
- Keep data transfer time in mind when booking. We do not offer complimentary 10-15 minute extensions for last-minute data transfers.
- For the 3-camera setup, please bring three (3) appropriate SD cards and hard drives. We do not provide data storage media.
- For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras operate 24/7. Guests may request to activate Privacy Mode for the cameras. In such cases, a studio representative must be present on-site and will remain in a closed office.
- Sizes: * Full Studio = 2000 sqft. * Podcast Set ~ 400 sqft
- Late Bookings: To ensure proper scheduling, an additional $20-50/h fee applies to reservations made within 48 hour
