• Arrive and leave within your booked time. Setup and cleanup are part of the booking, and overtime is billed at the hourly rate.
• Keep to the guest count on your booking. Maximum capacity is 30.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the suite or the building.
• This is a working office tower: no parties, amplified music or loud noise.
• Light food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. No cooking, and no alcohol without prior approval.
• The plant walls and whiteboard are on wheels and can be moved. Please leave the sofas and glass tables where they are, and return everything else to its original position.
• Nothing goes on the walls or windows (tape, adhesives, nails). No candles, open flames, confetti, glitter or smoke machines.
• For photo and video shoots, share your crew size and equipment list when booking, and protect the floors under stands and cases.
• Clean up before you leave: wipe down the kitchenette and bag your garbage.
• Check in with the building concierge on arrival and stay within the suite. Other floors and building amenities are not part of the booking.
• No pets, with the exception of service animals.
• You are responsible for any damage, missing items or cleaning beyond normal use.
