Located in the heart of downtown. A great warehouse space for the film industry. Wonderful drop point close to the highway to help make things run smoother for productions.
Can be utilized as a work space, storage, parking, shipping/receiving, photo shoots, film shoots, meeting space, etc. This can include 24/7 onsite security. I live in the upper level when I'm in town doing shoots and can be utilized for temporary stays. If needed I can also stay on site for 24/7 security. The front door and the garage door are gated and locked for extra security in the unit.
The entire unit can be utilized for production shoots if needed as well, bottom level as a office work space or production/storage space; the upper level can be utilized for a location shoot, office space, or even temporary living while if the lower part is being used for production, etc. If the upper level is of interest please inquire privately and photos can be provided and items in picture can be removed or kept on premises depending on circumstances.
When the upper level is being included in the booking w/without onsite security expect the price to increase through the negotiation process. (*Disclaimer*)
