“D R I P” Lounge in THE HIVE is a compact, enclosed lounge space designed for private, music-focused hire.
Design: The interior is dark and low-lit, dominated by saturated coloured lighting and dense faux planting that creates an intimate, club-style feel. The layout pairs low seating and an open floor area against dark walls and minimalist finishes.
Features: A PA system and speakers are installed for amplified audio. Music playback can be managed by hosts and external DJs are permitted, subject to venue noise restrictions. Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and accessible toilets are available.
Ideal for: Small groups seeking a lively, music-led standing reception or a compact, dance-focused social evening.
What sets it apart: A permanent neon-art photo wall provides a built-in, illuminated backdrop and focal point for styling and photography.

Host rules
General House Rules:
1. You MUST be 19 years of age or older. IDs must be shown and will be checked. NO exceptions and NO refunds.
2. ❌ NO Weapons.
3. ❌NO outside drinks. Any outside water or booze is NOT 🚫allowed and will be confiscated and dumped out. No water bottles or drink containers are allowed.
4. ❌ NO chewing Gum allowed inside (use mints instead) - we have a carpet and we don’t want it to look like shit.
5. ❌ NO Cigarette smoking is allowed inside. ❌NO SMOKE PIT 🚭 ❌NO SMOKE BREAKS 🚭 ❌NO OUTSIDE VISITS 🚭❌NO CIG SMOKING 🚭We are a NO SMOKING VENUE and you are NOT allowed to go outside for smoke breaks. We will allow weed and vapes in chill out areas but absolutely NO cigarette smoke.

6. ❌ NO Graffiti materials - do not tag our stuff we don’t want your unsanctioned tag or writing.
7. ❌ NO filming allowed inside - stickers are placed over guests phone cameras. ❌NO PHOTO/VIDEO. However The renter is allowed to have a permitted approved photographer videographer to capture the event.
8. ❌NO violence or abuse 🚫of any kind will be tolerated. This is a safe space.
9. This is an inclusive experience for everyone; regardless of ability, age, race, orientation, gender, or expression. All are welcome and all are encouraged to express yourself, be yourself, invent yourself and find yourself. You are safe and welcome.
10. We are committed to addressing the following behavior: abuse, discrimination, and/or harassment.
