Situated in the heart of downtown, this versatile warehouse space is ideal for the film industry. It offers easy access near the highway, ensuring a smoother workflow for productions.
The space can be adapted for various uses, including workspace, storage, parking, shipping/receiving, photo and film shoots, and meetings. 24/7 onsite security is available, and I can stay on-site if required for additional security. The front and garage doors are gated and locked for added protection.
The entire unit is available for production shoots, with the lower level serving as an office or storage area, and the upper level suitable for location shoots, office use, or temporary accommodation. If you're interested in the upper level, please contact me privately for photos, and items can be removed or left on-site based on your needs.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
