About this space

Step into our bright and modern event space, offering a welcoming ambiance for your next private gathering. With a capacity of up to 40 guests, our venue features a large, open-concept area complemented by cozy corners, perfect for fostering connections and conversation.

In addition to the main event area, our space includes two welcoming offices furnished with comfortable furniture, providing ideal settings for private conversations or breakout sessions. By day, it serves as a clinical counseling space, while by night, it transforms into the perfect backdrop for professional workshops, movement classes, photo shoots, and more.

NOTE: Washrooms are located at the end of the hall. Keys are hanging by the suite door.

Host rules

Here are the rules for the space. Please let me know if you have any questions about them.

1. No smoking. (Vaping is ok.)

2. Please put all garbage and recycling into bags. Please take the bags to the dumpster in the back. (Exit the suite, turn left and walk to the end of the hall. You'll find a staircase that will take you to the back door. Turn left again and follow the walkway to the dumpster. Key #3 will let you in the back door.)

3. If you move the furniture, please put it back. You can check the photos on the listing if you're not sure where things go.

4. Please turn off *all* the lights when you leave.

5. IMPORTANT!! Please turn off the 3 space heaters when you leave.

6. If you break anything, please let me know. You will be charged a replacement fee.

7. If you spill drinks, please wipe them up with paper towels.

8. If you turn on the A/C, please turn it off when you leave.

9. Please don't tape anything to the artwork.

10. IMPORTANT: When you leave, please lock the suite door. Then make sure the door at the top of the stairs is closed and lock the front door. Please put the keys back inside the lockbox.

*Note: if any of these rules are broken, there will be a $100 surcharge for each one.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The event space was perfect for a party of up to 35 guests. We had the whole space to ourselves and could play loud music at night. We did not need to do any decorations as the place already looks nice, and it felt very homey.
