About this space
Host your next meeting in our private executive boardroom, ideally situated at our Canada Place Business Centre in Downtown Vancouver. Designed for both comfort and productivity, this professional space accommodates up to 8 guests and includes AV, HD video conferencing, and a whiteboard for presentations and collaboration.

Please note that an access fob is required for after-hours and weekend bookings.
Building doors are open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Centre doors are open from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Fobs must be collected during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Contact us for more details.
Prices
Per policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

OVERTIME
Per policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves and bring any dirty dishes up to the shared kitchen. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. We also request that guests turn off the Boardroom TV and lights.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Otherwise, all furniture must remain in its designated location and should not be repositioned.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
Canada Place Business Centre is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
