RULES TO VENUE RENTAL

1. Liability - you assume all liability from you and your guests
2. Damages - you are responsible to replace anything damages to the building, the venue and the gear/furniture by you or your guests
3. You are responsible for any excessive clean up such as puke, bathroom accidents, food on carpets Ect. Normal bar cleanup we got you covered but excessive is on you to clean up or receive a cleaning fee of up to $500
4. You MUST be 19+ years of age or older to enter. IDs must be shown and will be checked. NO exceptions and NO refunds.
5. NO CIGARETTE SMOKING ALLOWED. We do not have a smoke pit and do not allow ins and outs. It’s a risk to the safety and integrity of the building and must be known to your guests in advance. We do allow weed and vapes.
6. NO gum allowed as we have carpets
7. No weapons
8. No outside drinks or containers
9. No graffitti items
10. NO ins and outs are allowed. This means that once you enter you are here to stay and once you leave you are gone for the evening and cannot return. No Exceptions.
11. There is *** NO filming video or photography *** is allowed in the venue area.
* This RULE is for NIGHT events only
* Renter is allowed to have a designated photography / Videography Crew. this must be pre discussed
* Music videos and Photoshoots are different and allowed if rented for this purpose.
* These rules are for your guest only.
* No outside photography or videos to be made by guests.
12. No violence or abuse of any kind will be tolerated. This is a safe space.
