Host rules
• In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of the food will only be given if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the function. The Broken Hill Hotel reserves the right to retain 50% of the food payment amount if the function is cancelled within 5 days prior to the function, and there will be no refund if the function is cancelled within 3 days of the function.
• We allow 30 minutes for guest arrival. If your guests have not arrived within 30 minutes, management reserves the right to lessen the allocated space for your function.
• The venue will only accept delivery of goods one day prior to the function and request that all goods be fully removed by the following morning (before 10:30 am).
• No items are to be nailed, attached, pinned, screwed, or glued to the walls of any area. Table scatter, glitter & party poppers are not permitted.
