Respect the Space – Built with heart. Treat it like it’s yours.
No Food or Drinks on Set – Water only. No meals near gear.
Included Gear = Respect It – Use it. Don’t abuse it. You break it, you buy it.
Silence When Shooting – Red light = no noise.
Put Everything Back – Lights, props, stands — leave no trace.
No Unauthorized Filming – Booked time only. No extras.
Mess = $150 Fee – Confetti, dirt, spills — that’s on you.
Car Shoots = $150 Fee – Floor must stay clean.
Wall Damage = $200 Repaint Fee – Mark it, scuff it, scratch it — we’ll repaint it fresh white.
No Early Entry / No Late Exit – Your booking = your window.
Overtime = Charged Per Hour – 5 mins or 55 mins = full extra hour.
Use the Bin – Trash left behind = cleanup fee.
Stay Professional – No egos. No drama.
