Major Tom's at Planet Royale

About this space

Major Tom's is a Cocktail Lounge in Planet Royale and is defined by a compact, bar-focused layout centred on long communal tables and a continuous seating run for drink-led private bookings.

Design: The interior is low-ceilinged and dimly lit, with warm amber tones and cinematic wall panels that create a contained, informal setting. The finishes combine leather seating, dark timber tables and muted colours to keep sightlines close and conversation easy.

Features: The space contains a dedicated cocktail bar serving bespoke drinks and bar snacks, plus a mix of communal high tables and counter seating. The room includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and natural light, and it provides step-free access, wheelchair-accessible circulation and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small social groups looking for a relaxed, drinks-led gathering with a casual, conversational tone.

What sets it apart: An in-room sound policy allows hosts to run their own music and DJs on-site using the venue's PA, so parties can control their soundtrack.

What guests say: The space is clean and well organised and presents a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are described as friendly and accommodating.
