• Assistance with moving external equipment set up and pack down will only be possible if staff are available.
• Under no circumstances are open flames, Grills or smoke machines to be used inside the venue.
• There is to be nothing adhered to any wall, door, or surface of the building without the permission of Scitech
management. Due to ceiling height; Balloons are not allowed to be brought into Scitech.
• In all cases where there will be alcohol on site for an event, Scitech's events coordinator must be notified in writing, no later than 14 days prior to the event.
• No smoking at this venue.
