Annabelle Constant-Slattery was absolutely fantastic with her communication, helpfulness and responsiveness throughout the entire process of securing and organising the conference room. Customer service overall with not only Annabelle but the rest of the Quest Innaloo staff was so pleasant. I would Highly recommended this hotel to anytime looking to book events in future and I will definitely be using Quest Innaloo for future events. Thank you so much for the services provided.
The acoustics were slightly echoey in the conference room that we were in. That’s honestly the only critique I have of the entire experience. Other than that, was a great experience from end to end.
