Before Your Event
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least **72 hours** before your booking.
• Any dietary requirements should be advised in advance.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of a celebration cake (by prior arrangement).
During Your Event
• Please respect our team, other guests and the restaurant environment.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Decorations are welcome but must be approved in advance. Please do not use confetti, glitter, nails or anything that may damage walls or furniture.
• Furniture should not be moved without speaking to a Grill'd team member.
• The function room should only be used during your booked time.
Food & Beverage
• All food and beverages must be purchased through Grill'd unless otherwise agreed.
• We cater for dietary requirements where possible with prior notice.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
Respect the Space
• Please leave the room in a tidy condition.
• Any excessive cleaning or damage may incur additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their event.
Safety
• Fire exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
• Emergency procedures must be followed if directed by Grill'd team members.
Cancellations
• Please refer to your booking confirmation for cancellation and payment terms.
• We understand plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible.
Lost Property
• Grill'd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings left in the function room.
