About Pavilion on the Park

Pavilion on the Park is a thriving community centre set in the ground of Fleming Park in Eastleigh. We have large conference spaces, break-out rooms and free unlimited parking - plus activities including guided inclusive cycle rides through the parkland, indoor tennis and badminton and guided adult sensory sessions.
We offer either a full day or half a day with lunch, snacks and unlimited tea and coffee, and an on site cafe, if you choose not to cater your event. We have multiple halls and meeting spaces, with the largest for 150 people. We are 5 minutes from Southampton Airport, 15 minutes from Southampton Central train station and have excellent public transport links.
We exist to energise and enrich community life in Eastleigh, so that everybody who comes through our doors can live a more active and flourishing life in connection with other people.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
