VRXtra Kingston is a team-focused VR space built for small corporate groups. It’s set up for 6 to 12 people, and everyone takes part at the same time—no waiting around or watching from the side.
The room runs multiple headsets together, so your whole team is inside the same challenge, talking and working things out as they go. It feels more like a shared activity than a typical VR session.
Each booking is led by a facilitator who shapes the session around what you need—whether that’s improving communication, team bonding, or just doing something different together. They guide the whole thing from start to finish, including a short debrief at the end.
There are a few formats to choose from. You can book a quick one-hour session, a half-day with a mix of challenges and discussion, or a full-day event with extras like catering and an optional rooftop finish at a nearby venue.
It’s based in Bentalls Centre, a short walk from Kingston station, with easy access for drivers and parking in the same building.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
