Location and outside space was very nice, help with arranging extra details.
There was bad communication and a lack of transparency from the venue with logistical details which led to unnecessary complications in setting up the event. There was a hostile attitude from the venue owners in resolving these problems, who insisted on being present throughout the event and inviting in one of their family members to watch the film, despite our requests not to do so as it was a private event.
