Please note that this is a self-service offering and there is no on-site support for your booking.
- What does the podcast studio come with?
The studio is equipped with the following:
- Mixer (Mackie DLZ Creator), ideal for easy professional sound recording.
- Microphones
- Headphones
- TV display screen
- Comfortable seating
- What do I need to record audio?
Please ensure you bring your own laptop or microSD card to record your session. You will need to connect your laptop to the mixer or insert a microSD card into the mixer. If using your laptop, you can use an audio recording software.
- What don't you provide?
We do not provide cameras. It is recommended that you bring your own camera equipment or video record on your cell phone.
- Do you provide an onsite sound engineer?
We do not have a sound engineer on site. Instead, we have a simple plug-and-play system that is easy to use, whether you are a first-time user or a seasoned professional.
- What are your opening hours?
Our operating hours are 9 am-5 pm, Monday - Friday. When booking, please make sure you allocate enough time for setup and pack-up within our operating hours.
- What time should I be at the venue?
Please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your booking is scheduled to start.
- What do I need to bring on the day of the booking?
To facilitate your booking, we kindly request that you bring a valid photo ID with you to verify your identity on the day. Additionally, please remember to bring the original document with you as we are unable to accept copies and won't be able to facilitate your booking without it.

Security and Access:
Ensure that doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the space. Report any security concerns to reception.
Clean-Up:
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. Cleaning fee will be charged if excessive mess.
