The types of activities we can host include; meetings, workshops, talks, exhibitions, photo shoots, rehearsals (dance/theatre) and community events. The space is well-suited for classroom/teaching activities.

Prices quoted are for weekday working hours. Additional charges will be applicable for evenings and weekends. Film, TV, and location hires will be charged at commercial rates.

All hirers will be required to sign our high agreement, have their own public liability insurance, and pay a refundable damage deposit. For exhibitions, artwork needs to be hung in line with our hanging guidelines.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
