Facilities were as described, and staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating
The air quality in the room. Although the room in question had a fresh air and heat recovery system it was not easy to activate and understand the selection for 'cooling' the room. It is also on a timer which meant having to get up every 30 minutes and try and reactivate the fresh air system. It would be beteer if it tied into a movement sensor, and or a temperature sensor set point controller.

Staff were friendly and space was clean
Booked for 3 guests and studio was only set up for two, we had to use our time to set up for an extra person as staff didnt know how to. Wasnt given any help with studio/mixer etc, glad i brought extra headphones too.
