Facilities were as described, and staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating
The air quality in the room. Although the room in question had a fresh air and heat recovery system it was not easy to activate and understand the selection for 'cooling' the room. It is also on a timer which meant having to get up every 30 minutes and try and reactivate the fresh air system. It would be beteer if it tied into a movement sensor, and or a temperature sensor set point controller.
