I love the environment and the hall used for the venue. Staff member Arsh, who was our direct support for the event, was very kind and supportive. Even the receptionist was also kind and supportive. The Wi-Fi was good and value for money. It connected quickly and without stress.
On the Tagvenue website, we were told that tea and coffee were free, but we had to pay £93.60 for tea and coffee without biscuits. They opened only one toilet, which meant our guests had to wait in a long queue because the only toilet available was the disabled access toilet. It was neat and well cleaned by the cleaner on duty. At one point, when we were pressed and queuing, the cleaner kindly opened another toilet for us during cleaning, but it was later closed. Throughout the event, we had to use just one toilet for 26 people, aside from other staff in the building.
