Our unique first-floor venue in Leighton Buzzard offers a character-filled alternative to traditional meeting rooms and event spaces. Located within a converted industrial unit, the venue features two distinctive rooms that can be hired individually or together, making it ideal for corporate meetings, workshops, team away days, creative sessions, private dining and intimate gatherings.
The Victorian Dining Room is an elegant setting with a large 12-seat dining table and chairs. Its distinctive Victorian-inspired décor provides a memorable environment for board meetings, team discussions, presentations, workshops and private celebrations.
The Tiger Room offers a more relaxed atmosphere. Featuring its own in-room bar, seating for up to six guests and access to a projector, it is ideal for smaller meetings, presentations, breakout sessions or as an additional social space.
The layout can be adapted to suit your event, with additional tables and chairs available on request. The venue also has an on-site toilet, fridges, bar facilities and tea and coffee service.
Our professional catering kitchen is located on site, allowing us to create tailored food and beverage packages. Options include refreshments, breakfast, working lunches, grazing platters, private dining and bespoke catering.
A member of our team can be available during your booking to provide support if required. Our wedding and events catering kitchen is based on the ground floor, ensuring our experienced team is always nearby.
Please note that the venue is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access. Internet access is limited, so guests requiring a reliable connection should plan accordingly.
