About this space
The one-of-a-kind event area located on the first floor of our building is perfect for corporate meetings and private gatherings, as well as for workshops and other creative sessions. The venue occupies an industrial site and has two such rooms that can be rented either separately or together.
The principal area, which is also a Victorian-style setting, has a large 12-seat dining table surrounded by elegant chairs—a good choice for board meetings, team building days or even small dinners. Our lovely Tiger Room, the second space, is equipped with an in-room bar, projector facilities, and six-seat capacity for presentations or sometimes even breakout sessions. Additional tables and chairs can be supplied upon request to match your event's layout.

Our unique first-floor event space is ideal for corporate meetings, private gatherings, workshops, and creative sessions. Set within an industrial unit, the venue offers two distinctive rooms that can be hired individually or together.
The main room is a spacious Victorian-style setting, featuring a large 12-seater dining table with elegant chairs—perfect for board meetings, team away days, or intimate dinners. The second space, our characterful Tiger Room, includes an in-room bar, projector facilities, and seating for up to six guests, making it ideal for presentations or breakout sessions. Additional tables and chairs can be provided on request to suit your event layout.
Guests will have access to an on-site toilet, tea and coffee facilities, fridges, and a bar area. We also have a professional kitchen on site, allowing us to create tailored food and beverage packages to complement your event.
A member of our team can be present during your booking, as the ground floor is home to our wedding catering kitchen, ensuring support is always nearby.
Please note: the space is located on the first floor and unfortunately does not offer wheelchair access. Internet access is limited, so we recommend planning accordingly.
