About this space
The one-of-a-kind event area located on the first floor of our building is perfect for corporate meetings and private gatherings, as well as for workshops and other creative sessions. The venue occupies an industrial site and has two such rooms that can be rented either separately or together.
The principal area, which is also a Victorian-style setting, has a large 12-seat dining table surrounded by elegant chairs—a good choice for board meetings, team building days or even small dinners. Our lovely Tiger Room, the second space, is equipped with an in-room bar, projector facilities, and six-seat capacity for presentations or sometimes even breakout sessions. Additional tables and chairs can be supplied upon request to match your event's layout.

Set within a converted industrial unit, the space offers two distinctive rooms that can be hired individually or together.
The Victorian Dining Room is a characterful space featuring a large 12-seat dining table and elegant chairs. It is ideal for board meetings, team away days, workshops, private dining and small gatherings.
The Tiger Room offers a more relaxed setting, with its own in-room bar, projector facilities and comfortable seating. It works perfectly as a breakout room, presentation space, informal meeting room or private social area.
Additional tables and chairs can be provided on request, allowing the space to be adapted to suit your event and preferred layout.
Guests have access to an on-site toilet, tea and coffee facilities, fridges and bar facilities. Our professional catering kitchen is also located on site, allowing us to create bespoke food and beverage packages, from working lunches and grazing platters to private dining and drinks service.
A member of our team can be available during your booking, with our professional wedding and events catering kitchen based on the ground floor.
Please note that the venue is located on the first floor and does not currently offer wheelchair access. Internet access is limited, so guests requiring a reliable connection should plan accordingly.
