North of England Centre for Music & Arts is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Discover the historic Standedge Visitor Centre, a unique grade II listed venue situated in the heart of the leafy Pennine Hills at the edge of the National Park.

Our canal side heritage building is a blank canvas venue split across three floors and is perfectly suited to any style of event.

The garden and grounds overlook the Huddersfield narrow canal adding to the beautiful waterside setting, and providing the opportunity to arrive directly to the venue by narrow boat.

Our team look forward to helping you every step of the way to your event, and we can help with every detail for perfect planning, including providing trusted suppliers. As a Centre for Music and Arts we also have every kind of musician and ensemble available should you want to use them, and a first class sound installation and with your own group or one of our ensembles including our sound engineer, 360 sound and video quality recording facilities if required. From a string quartet to a ceilidh band, disco party band to a full orchestra, a brass band to a country and western knees up.... if you would like a musical event there is no better venue!
