With over 25 years of experience delivering first-class in-person training experiences for our own delegates, we are now offering external organisations the opportunity to hire our award-winning training and meeting spaces, perfect for hands-on training, toolbox talks, team meetings, staff training.

Situated within easy access to the motorway network, AEC’s venue offers a central, cost-effective place to meet in the Southeast, with 2 rooms to choose from at our Essex venue, providing various layout options where we can host most types of meeting events and training. Rooms are available for half-day or full-day sessions.

FAQ

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
